Brian Riley has been a hunter of executive talent for over 20 years. He has a proven track record of conducting searches for growth companies, from early stage start-ups to public companies. Brian has led the search efforts on various leadership roles for clients nationwide, contributing significantly to the business development and financial success of these companies.

Brian started RG Search in 2002 after a successful 6-year tenure at Austin Group International, a boutique recruiting firm that focused on channel-centric technology companies. Brian lives in Austin with his wife and three children and is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, TX.
