Brian Riley
Founder, Principal, Executive Recruiter
Brian Riley has been a hunter of executive talent for 17 years. He has a proven track record of conducting searches for growth companies, from early stage start-ups to public companies. Brian has led the search efforts on various leadership roles for clients nationwide, contributing significantly to the business development and financial success of these companies.
Brian started RG Search in 2002 after a successful 6-year tenure at Austin Group International, a boutique recruiting firm that focused on channel-centric technology companies. Brian lives in Austin with his wife and three children and is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, TX.
Andy Rouse
Principal, Executive Recruiter
Andy Rouse joined RG Search in May of 2008, after a successful career in high tech including software development, eCommerce product management, and online marketing. He has experience abroad, including leading and managing a pan-European team.
Andy is an expert in full life cycle recruiting: finding, identifying and evaluating top engineering, quality, clinical, operations, supply chain, marketing and sales talent ranging from experienced to executive level. His main industry specialties include medical device and diagnostics, life sciences, eCommerce and technology.
He lives in Austin with his wife and child and is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
Corey Wagner
Principal, Executive Recruiter
Corey Wagner joined the RG Search team in 2011, after a successful and progressive career as a credentialed actuary in the insurance and retirement fields. His extensive experience includes public and private pension, 401k, life and health insurance, annuities and supplemental benefits; both as a consultant and in the corporate setting.
In addition to his experience as an actuary, Corey has successfully recruited top talent in accounting, engineering, transportation, marketing, sales, medical, and human resources.
He lives in Austin with his wife and three children and is a graduate of Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX.
