Why ViewSonic came to us:

ViewSonic was moving towards an IPO and needed a VP of Human Resources that had experience in preparing a large company to go public. They also needed this VP to be an expert in compensation and benefits.

How we helped:

Since ViewSonic was a $1B company at the time, we reached out to current VPs of public technology companies over $500 million in revenue. We sought referrals from HR leaders on the West Coast and evaluated eight potential candidates, from a beginning list of 83.

The result:

Five of those candidates made it to the interview stage and one was chosen, fortunately from Orange County (no relocation). He is an expert in employee retention and had significant impact on moving ViewSonic towards their IPO.
